Braintrust is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to build and own the core data infrastructure that powers business operations and systems. This solo role involves designing and implementing customer data platforms, account scoring/routing engines, and integrating various external data sources. The ideal candidate has strong technical depth in analytical data systems like Snowflake and dbt, experience with backend coding for production systems, and a deep understanding of how GTM teams operate. You will be instrumental in building the data foundation for future AI-driven operational workflows and ensuring data governance and reliability.
