Treat is building a new way to solve disease â starting with pets.
Pets live in our homes, share our environments, and develop many of the same diseases we do. We believe that bond isnât an accident. Yet for too long our pets have been treated as second class patients.
Weâre changing that.
Treat runs real-world clinical research in pets to validate interventions faster, generate high-integrity evidence, and improve outcomes for the animals we love.
And yes - weâre a pet biotech in NYC.
The Mission
Your job is to grow Treatâs âpackâ from thousands to tens of thousands of pets.
Youâll own the funnel from awareness to waitlist, testing what works across:
- Dog parks and in-person activations
- Vet clinics and local partnerships
- Creators, ambassadors, and pet communities
- Paid acquisition
- CRM, re-engagement, and lifecycle campaigns
- Social, newsletter, and owned channels
Some weeks youâll be in Brooklyn dog parks testing flyers and scripts. Other weeks youâll be deep in conversion data, killing tactics that donât pay back and scaling the ones that do.

- AI/CRM comfortable: you use tools, data, and automation to move faster
- NYC-based: excited to be in the field and plugged into the local pet scene

- Salary: $90kâ$110k + meaningful early-stage equity
