Epic is seeking a motivated Medical Biller to join their Billing Services team, focusing on improving revenue cycle metrics for organizations using Epic's software. This role involves posting payments and denials, resolving credit balances, and following up on outstanding claims. Candidates will also have the opportunity to provide feedback for system optimization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a medical billing certificate or relevant experience, and familiarity with medical terminology, while residing within 45 minutes of Epic's Verona, WI campus.
