Scale is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager (FDPM) to drive the success of enterprise AI deployments. This role is embedded with customers, focusing on product outcomes, translating operational realities into platform input, and ensuring deployments reach production. The ideal candidate is not a traditional PM, CSM, or solutions engineer, but rather an individual with a strong background in shipping complex software or AI/ML products into large organizations, capable of building deep trust with senior stakeholders and bridging the gap between customer needs and core platform development. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can drive product delivery and customer value for Scale's most important enterprise accounts.
