As a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager at Nourish, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) to scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers. This is a field-first sales leadership role, requiring 3+ days per week in the field coaching reps through live provider meetings and ride-alongs. We are looking for a strong coach with a proven track record in healthcare sales/BD and 1+ years of sales management experience, who is passionate about Nourish's mission and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring your team, while leveraging data to inform strategy and drive success.
