Fractile is seeking a Senior Rust Software Engineer to join a new greenfield team, influencing architecture and engineering practices from day one. This role involves writing Rust server-side software for an AI inference stack, including a Linux kernel driver, and building cloud-based tooling. We are looking for creative problem solvers with strong systems-level engineering experience, ideally with AI workload experience or expertise in real-time, low-latency data movement. Candidates without commercial Rust experience are welcome if they are strong senior developers in other systems languages and can demonstrate Rust proficiency.
