Viktor is seeking a Founding Product Manager to own activation, retention, and monetization for their AI coworker product. This role requires a hands-on Growth PM with 4-8 years of experience in PLG SaaS or mobile gaming, fluent in SQL and PostHog/HogQL, who can independently run the experiment loop from hypothesis to shipping. You will build the growth engine from scratch, working closely with co-founders and engineering to drive significant ARR growth. This is a unique opportunity to define the company's economics with high autonomy and direct impact.
