As a People Operations Coordinator at Flexport's Lewisville Fulfillment Center, you will be a key point of contact for the on-site workforce, providing essential Tier 1 support for all people-related inquiries. This role involves managing employee lifecycle events, administering time and attendance records, and maintaining accurate employee data. You will collaborate with the broader People team to ensure a seamless employee journey and contribute to a dynamic, rapidly growing environment. We are looking for someone with 1+ year of experience in a People Operations or HR Coordinator role, proficiency with HRIS and timekeeping systems, and excellent communication skills, available to work a Front Half schedule (Sun-Wed 10:30am-8:30pm).
