Temporal is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager, Onboarding & Ramp to own and scale the end-to-end onboarding experience for customer-facing roles. This role involves building and managing the full onboarding lifecycle, from content creation and facilitation to program measurement and iteration. The ideal candidate is an incredible facilitator with 3-5+ years of experience building impactful onboarding programs, understands sales, and thrives as a builder in a fast-paced environment. You will accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires and continuously improve onboarding effectiveness to drive business outcomes.
