Blee is seeking a Founding Sales Engineer to be the technical and domain expert for their enterprise sales motion, focusing on their AI-first marketing content compliance platform. This role involves partnering with Account Executives, leading technical discovery, building tailored demos, and delivering presentations to legal, compliance, and marketing functions. As a founding member, you will also be responsible for building out the Sales Engineering function, including demo environments, sales collateral, and RFP responses. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and experience in complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles within B2B SaaS, preferably in compliance or legal tech.
