Island is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineer to be the security anchor for its US operations, owning incident response, cloud security posture, vulnerability management, and FedRAMP compliance. This role involves leading US-timezone incident response, managing cloud security across AWS, GCP, and Azure, and driving FedRAMP continuous monitoring for GovCloud environments. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in security operations with expertise in incident response, cloud security, and vulnerability management, and be a US citizen able to work in FedRAMP-regulated environments. You will partner with the global SecOps Lead to enhance security detection, triage, and risk closure across the stack.
