Quantum-Art is seeking an excellent and highly skilled Theoretical Physicist to join their Theory and Algorithms Group as an Ion Trap Theorist. This role involves developing numerical simulations and analytical models for ion-crystals, creating tools for QPU performance evaluation, and designing novel electric ion-trapping concepts for large-scale QPUs. The successful candidate will collaborate with the QPU group to advance high-performance and scalable quantum computers. A Ph.D. in Physics, strong quantum science background, and proficiency in Python or Julia are required.
