Sigma Defense is seeking a Mid-Level ASW Weapons Analyst to support the U.S. Navy Ship Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (SHAREM) at SMWDC in San Diego, CA. This role involves observing and supporting at-sea weapons firings, extracting and reconstructing data to assess weapon performance and attack proficiency. The analyst will communicate exercise results to naval commands and assist in various weapons-related meetings. Candidates should have 10+ years of Navy experience, 3+ years in planning exercise activities and analyzing ASW weapons firings, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
