Sarvam is seeking an Engagement Principal for its Chanakya vertical, a senior client-facing role focused on pipeline development and engagement management with defence and strategic sector clients. This is a builder role for someone who understands the defence procurement landscape and can translate complex AI capabilities into deployable programs. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in strategic sector GTM or defence procurement consulting, with a strong track record of managing multi-crore engagements and an active network in the Indian defence ecosystem. You will own the GTM strategy, build key relationships, and lead commercial negotiations with full technical fluency, ensuring client expectations align with Sarvam's capabilities.
