Radical Numerics is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Mechanistic Interpretability to study and understand how multimodal genome language models process information internally. This research-oriented role focuses on developing tools, experiments, and theories to uncover model mechanisms and drive scientific discovery with clinical applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning research, particularly in large language models and mechanistic interpretability, with proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
