Helsing is seeking a Multimodal Sensing and Fusion Engineer to architect and own the end-to-end perception front-end for their AI-powered defence hardware. This role involves combining various sensors like cameras, radar, LiDAR, and inertial sensing into a coherent input for Helsing's AI, translating mission requirements into concrete specifications for sensor selection, placement, synchronization, and calibration. The ideal candidate will define safety concepts for operational environments and work at the intersection of hardware, electrical, and AI/computer-vision engineers. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality, reliable sensor data for critical defence applications.
