Stord is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with its People strategy, serving as a strategic partner to leadership teams. This onsite role involves cross-collaboration and relationship building to fuel growth, working with the People Partner Team and stakeholders to elevate Stord's caliber and value. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Supply Chain side of the business, developing policies, coaching People Operations Generalists, and advising leadership on best practices. This role requires 6 years of HR/People Operations experience, with 3 years in HR Management, and a passion for building from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.
