Noxtua is seeking a Working Student for 3rd Level Support to ensure customer and publisher requests are answered properly and on time. This role involves owning the support inbox, resolving 3rd-level cases, and protecting contractual SLAs for their Legal AI product. The ideal candidate is an enrolled student at a German university with strong German language skills (B2-C2), excellent written communication, and a structured, self-organized approach. You will join the GTM team, receive personal training, and have direct access to product builders for technical input.
