Stord is seeking a General Manager, Fulfillment to lead and oversee all activities across multiple fulfillment center operations within an Area of Responsibility (AOR). This senior-level role requires deep operational knowledge, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The GM will be accountable for the service and P&L results of their AOR, developing operational strategies, managing budgets, and leading a large team of site leaders and operations managers. Candidates should have 8+ years of management experience in high-velocity omni-channel fulfillment, a proven track record of managing multiple facilities, and experience with P&L ownership.
