Valon is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, Identity & Access Management to design, implement, and operate IAM systems for their enterprise identity stack and support customer-facing authentication for ValonOS. This role involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle of workforce identity systems, managing Valon's IdP, and defining access policies. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on IAM experience, deep expertise in modern identity protocols, and a strong background in cloud IAM. You will be a crucial link between IT, Engineering, and Security, ensuring consistent and secure governance of all identities, including leveraging AI for IAM operations and risk evaluation.
