Kandou, an innovative leader in high-speed and energy-efficient chip-chip link solutions, is seeking a resourceful DFT Engineer to join their team in Lausanne, Switzerland or the UK. This role involves hierarchical MBIST and scan insertion, ATPG pattern generation, and developing functional patterns using IJTAG methodology. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of DFT experience, including implementation, test pattern development, and simulation, along with strong debugging and scripting skills. You will contribute to complex DFT solutions and work closely with test and production engineering teams.
