RoboForce is seeking a highly self-motivated Senior/Staff Manufacturing Engineer DFM to optimize manufacturing processes and advance equipment development for their cutting-edge super robots. This role involves bridging the gap between concept and production, leading in-house development of prototype manufacturing equipment, and scaling manufacturing lines to high-volume production. The ideal candidate will have a Master's/PhD and 5+ years of experience in hardware DFM, with expertise in mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and control systems, and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
