Discord is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal, Litigation & Regulatory to join its growing legal team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves supporting litigation and regulatory matters, including commercial litigation, arbitrations, and investigations, with core responsibilities in matter intake, tracking, and eDiscovery support. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably at a consumer-facing technology company, and extensive experience with US commercial litigation processes. You will play a key role in managing outside counsel, maintaining legal knowledge, and developing scalable legal processes and tools, working closely with various cross-functional teams.
