Waabi is seeking a Research Scientist, Simulation Agents, to join their Behaviors team, focusing on developing cutting-edge simulation agents and scenario generation algorithms for Waabi World. This role involves advancing the state-of-the-art in various AI/ML domains to create realistic and controllable simulation agents that push self-driving systems to their limits. The ideal candidate will have a Masters/PhD in a related field, a strong background in imitation learning and/or reinforcement learning, and a track record of publications in top-tier conferences. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior scientists, and contribute to the scientific safety case for autonomous vehicles.
