Ornn is seeking a Capital Markets professional to design and implement credit structures for Ornn Fabric, a platform bundling compute reservations into diversified, investable baskets. This role involves working directly with founders to define tenant pool composition, risk allocation, and instrument rating and distribution. You will be responsible for managing relationships with credit rating agencies, developing quantitative models, and preparing investor-facing materials. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in structured finance and strong quantitative modeling skills to help create a new asset class in the compute economy.
