Callosum is seeking a Security Lead to join their Office of the CTO in London. This role is pivotal in defining and assuring security across Callosum's diverse technical landscape, including APIs, orchestration software, agentic systems, and physical infrastructure. The successful candidate will set security architecture, translate complex requirements into engineering tasks, and lead security assurance for sensitive deployments. They will also be responsible for building and managing the security team, requiring strong technical foundations in infrastructure or security engineering and experience with high-assurance environments.
