True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Loads Development Lead to be the technical authority for structural, mechanical, thermal, and coupled loads for a next-generation Space Based Interceptors defense program. This role offers end-to-end ownership of loads development across the full system lifecycle, from ground handling to on-orbit operations and intercept maneuvers. The Lead will establish program standards, develop Coupled Loads Analyses, and ensure technical rigor and traceability for all loads. This position requires 8+ years of experience in structural loads development for aerospace systems and strong leadership in cross-functional teams, playing a central role in the success of True Anomaly’s defense architecture.
