Lila Sciences is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Strategic Events to build and lead its global external events function. This role is responsible for owning a portfolio of high-impact programs, including flagship events, executive summits, and third-party conferences, to drive pipeline, relationships, talent, and brand. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience in strategic events, a proven track record of managing global event portfolios for diverse senior audiences, and strong program management skills. This is a strategic role focused on the "why" and "how" of events, requiring excellent storytelling and communication abilities to engage investors, partners, policymakers, and technical talent.
