Legora is seeking an experienced and strategic Engagement Director to lead a multi-layered team focused on transforming how top law firms and corporations utilize Legora's AI-native workspace. This role involves defining engagement models, building frameworks for client adoption playbooks, and delivering multi-year change-management programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting or transformation, with 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including 5+ years managing teams, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. You will own the post-sale customer experience for a specific vertical, driving onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization, while also engaging with C-suite relationships and shaping Legora's product roadmap.
