SambaNova Systems is seeking a Principal RTL Design Engineer to lead the microarchitecture and RTL implementation for a key block or subsystem of their next-generation Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit (RDU) AI accelerator. This senior individual-contributor role involves owning the design from specification through tape-out, focusing on aggressive frequency targets and PPA trade-offs. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of ASIC RTL design experience, mastery of SystemVerilog, and a deep understanding of high-frequency design techniques. You will collaborate with various engineering teams and help set the technical bar for digital design within the company.
