Fluidstack is seeking a Lead Supplier Quality Engineer to lead, mentor, and grow a team focused on ensuring quality across manufacturing and data center infrastructure. This role involves owning quality from supplier selection through delivery, including qualification, audits, and performance management for components and building materials. The ideal candidate will be an organizational SME on supplier quality, driving quality KPIs and communicating at the executive level. This is a critical role for someone who has led supplier quality in large-scale infrastructure or manufacturing and is passionate about building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
