Dwelly is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day compliance workstreams, reporting to the General Counsel. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining compliance frameworks for a rapidly scaling, acquisitive business, covering anti-money laundering, data protection, and lettings/estate agency regulation. The ideal candidate will act as the MLRO and DPO, embedding a strong culture of compliance across the organization and supporting the integration of acquired agencies.
