Fractile is seeking a Senior Silicon Substrate & Packaging Manufacturing Engineer to lead packaging manufacturing execution in Taiwan, driving products from first silicon through high-volume production. This high-accountability role involves owning packaging yield and ramp performance, leading manufacturing strategy with OSATs and substrate suppliers, and building scalable manufacturing discipline. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging manufacturing, a deep understanding of complex FC-BGA or advanced packages, and a strong track record of working with Taiwan OSATs and substrate vendors.
