Groq is seeking a Sr. Tax Manager to support the Head of Tax in building a scalable global tax function. This hands-on role involves owning key tax workstreams, including global tax provisions, direct and indirect compliance management, and strengthening governance and controls. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive tax experience, strong ASC 740 income tax accounting expertise, and demonstrated experience building SOX-aligned controls.
