Mytra is seeking a Staff Robotics Software Engineer to develop and scale safety-critical software for their robotic fleet, focusing on projects like localization, fail-safe communications, and motion-stopping. This role involves owning the development process from concept to production, ensuring safety rigor across the stack. Ideal candidates will have strong C++ and Python experience, demonstrated safety-critical software development under recognized functional-safety standards, and experience with embedded and real-time systems. You will implement highly performant, real-time software to mitigate machine and human hazards, and contribute to HARA and software DFMEA.
