Nourish is seeking an Area Sales Director for the Midwest to lead and scale its national field sales organization. This remote role involves leading five regions, each with a Regional Manager and approximately 8 Partnership Managers, focusing on building high-performing teams and disciplined execution. The Director will also play a critical role in managing large health system partnerships, driving adoption, and representing Nourish at senior clinical and operational levels. Ideal candidates are manager-of-managers with experience in high-growth, field-based sales, preferably in healthcare, and a passion for transforming healthcare through nutrition.
