As an Applied AI Engineer in Mistral AI's Proto Team, you will act as a technical lead, building and deploying production-grade AI systems for global customers within 4-8 weeks. This role involves owning the end-to-end execution from scoping to deployment, translating ambiguous business problems into working software, and making key architectural decisions. You will engage directly with customers and internal teams, contributing to product innovation and open-source initiatives. We are looking for a fast-moving, curious builder with 2+ years of experience in shipping AI-powered products and strong Python fundamentals, comfortable with the modern AI stack and full-stack development.
