Lovable is seeking a Researcher, Post Training to own their full post-training pipeline, translating the latest research into production training recipes for code generation and agent workloads. This role is for an engineer with hands-on experience in post-training large language models at scale, focusing on rapidly deploying improved models to users. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle, from data curation and training to evaluation and deployment, with success measured by what ships to millions of users building software with plain language.
