CivilGrid is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape how civil engineers, GIS teams, and field crews interact with complex spatial data on their platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process, from concept to shipped product, and partnering closely with PMs, engineers, and UX researchers. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of product design experience, a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking, and comfort designing for data-dense B2B products. This hybrid position requires candidates to be based in the Greater Boston area and work from the Boston office at least two days a week.
