Flourish is seeking a remote Director of Business Development to join their sales team, focusing on independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) in the western half of the US. This role involves driving adoption of Flourish products within the existing client base and originating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of financial sales experience, preferably in fintech, and possess strong relationship-building and communication skills. You will manage client relationships end-to-end, from sourcing to activation, and contribute to the overall sales strategy of a rapidly growing fintech startup backed by MassMutual.
