Hark is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of its internal IT infrastructure. This hands-on role involves managing device lifecycles, identity and access, and providing day-to-day support, ensuring all systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of startup IT experience, expertise in Mac fleet management (Kandji/Jamf), and strong troubleshooting and automation skills. You will be responsible for building systems from the ground up and serving as the primary technical resource for the team.
