Config is seeking a Brand Design Lead to own and elevate design quality across all touchpoints, from brand materials to product UX/UI. This role is crucial for establishing a coherent and precise design language through strong systems, rather than rigid guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in brand and/or product design, strong systems thinking, and an AI-native workflow. You will work closely with the CEO and product team to define and implement design standards for real-world robotic automation.
