Gatik is seeking a Staff V&V Systems Lead to architect and govern its Verification & Validation framework for autonomous middle-mile logistics. This role involves overseeing the entire V&V lifecycle, from requirements to testing across various pillars (SIL, HIL, Closed Course, Public Road), and owning the Verification Traceability Matrix. The ideal candidate will drive driverless release sign-off decisions and synthesize empirical testing evidence to continuously prove Gatik’s safety cases. This is an onsite position in Santa Clara, CA, requiring 8+ years of experience in leading V&V programs for safety-critical autonomous systems.
