We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer, Structures to provide technical leadership for the mechanical design and development of our core technology, the "Node," a device designed for energy production in harsh ocean conditions. This crucial role involves accountability for the Node Hull structural design and integrity, as well as building and managing a team. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with deep structural design experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for developing others. You will partner closely with manufacturing and operations to produce new Node designs and increments, thriving in a creative, scrappy, and collaborative environment.
