fal is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer, Reliability to ensure the availability, performance, security, and safety of its generative media model APIs. This hybrid ML Engineering / Site Reliability Engineering role involves owning SLOs, building robust monitoring, and hardening deployment workflows for a fast-moving fleet of AI models. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, including operating production ML systems and a strong understanding of generative models and their failure modes. This remote position is open to candidates based in India, Australia, or New Zealand.
