Loop is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to lead their People Operations team, reporting directly to the CFO. This critical role involves designing HR systems, policies, and programs to enable Loop's hyper-growth and overseeing the integration of HR practices post-mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 years of HR experience, a proven track record in M&A integration, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, building scalable people infrastructure from the ground up. This hybrid role requires commuting to their SF, Chicago, or NYC offices 3-4 days a week.
