Digital Asset is seeking a Director of Tax to lead and own their global tax function during a period of rapid growth and transformation, refining overall tax strategy and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring public company tax experience, technical expertise in crypto/digital assets, and proven leadership in scaling teams and systems. This role involves leading all tax planning, financial reporting, compliance, and audits for US and foreign entities, as well as developing tax systems and policies. We are looking for someone with 10+ years of progressive tax experience, preferably in high-growth technology or FinTech, with a strong preference for crypto/blockchain company experience and IPO prep.
