Vercel is seeking a midlevel Legal Counsel to join their Legal team, focusing on commercial legal matters. This role involves drafting and negotiating contracts with Sales, Partnerships, and Procurement teams, as well as building scalable processes to increase deal velocity. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of legal experience, including in-house commercial legal experience at a cloud-based software technology company, and a strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS business practices. This position offers a hybrid work model in San Francisco or New York City, or fully remote for those outside commuting distance.
