As a Frontier Agents Engineer at Scale AI, you will serve as a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, bridging Scale AI's advanced AI capabilities with strategic enterprise customers. This hands-on role involves understanding client challenges, architecting custom AI solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of AI systems in production. You will be responsible for customer integration, AI agent development, prompt engineering, and providing technical leadership, combining deep engineering expertise with customer-facing problem-solving. We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python expertise in ML/AI frameworks, and experience with cloud platforms.
