Genesis is seeking a Senior Annotation and Data Pipeline Manager to own and scale the data engine that transforms raw robot demonstrations into training-ready data for their GENE foundation model. This role involves building and automating the annotation pipeline, defining datasets and ontologies, and leveraging vision-language models to ensure data quality and scalability. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience scaling data or ML pipelines, strong technical skills in Python and SQL, and a deep understanding of ML concepts. You will be a hands-on technical leader, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to make general-purpose robots a reality.
